1. Agreement and operator
Agent Preview is operated by Anurag Bonthalapati (“Agent Preview,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. The service
Agent Preview creates private, temporary links for reviewing applications running on an enrolled device. The service includes workspace access, device enrollment, preview tunnels, review feedback, and related dashboard features. Preview links are temporary and may stop when they expire, when the source device disconnects, or when access is revoked.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace and for keeping credentials and enrolled devices secure. You may not use Agent Preview to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt other systems, expose material you are not authorized to share, evade access controls, or resell the service without written permission. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and billing
Agent Preview Pro costs $19 USD per workspace each month. The subscription begins when you complete Stripe Checkout and renews automatically each month until canceled. Stripe processes payments; Agent Preview does not receive or store your complete card number. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file for each renewal. Paid subscriptions are currently offered only to customers located in the United States, and Checkout requires a billing address and acceptance of these terms. We do not currently add transaction taxes at Checkout because Agent Preview has no active tax registrations. Taxes may be added after registration where required. Do not subscribe from outside the United States; contact support first.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal available from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and paid access continues until then. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, except where required by law or described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Your content and feedback
You retain ownership of material you submit or make available through the service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to transmit, secure, process, and display that material to provide Agent Preview. You represent that you have the rights needed to share it. Product suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without advance notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect when reasonably possible.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or conduct that threatens the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Preview is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable law controls.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Questions may be sent to anurag.bonth@gmail.com.
