1. Who operates Agent Preview
Agent Preview is operated by Anurag Bonthalapati. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to anurag.bonth@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account and workspace information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, role, and essential session or authentication-cookie data.
- Device, enrollment, preview metadata, destination hostnames or URLs, feedback, and workspace activity.
- Application content displayed through a preview is transmitted between the enrolled device, Cloudflare network, and reviewer. It is processed transiently to deliver the preview and is not intended to be stored in Agent Preview's application database.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
- Billing information. We send the workspace name and billing administrator's email address to Stripe to create a billing customer, and Stripe returns identifiers, invoice information, and subscription status. Agent Preview does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
- Messages and information you choose to send when requesting support.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure workspaces, enroll devices, create and expire preview access, record review feedback, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, communicate about the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to operate Agent Preview, including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, Vercel for application hosting, managed database infrastructure for service records, and Cloudflare for preview-network infrastructure. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.
5. Retention
We retain account and service data while needed to provide Agent Preview and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute resolution, backups, and legal compliance. Temporary preview credentials expire by design. Billing and transaction records may be retained as required by tax, accounting, or payment rules.
6. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated workspace access, expiring preview authorization, and revocable device credentials. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may update account details through the service and cancel billing through the Customer Portal. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing us. We will honor applicable privacy rights and may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some records must be retained for legal or security reasons.
8. Children and international use
Agent Preview accounts are for people who are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you use the service outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Paid subscriptions are currently offered only to customers located in the United States.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as Agent Preview changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies prospectively.
